Dual Enrollment Admissions Coordinator

Purpose of Position and Scope of Responsibility:

The Dual Enrollment Admissions Coordinator provides direct support for Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµâ€™s Dual Enrollment program by assisting with recruitment, admissions, and student services for high school students pursuing early college credit. Reporting to the Associate Director of Dual Enrollment Admissions, this position works closely with students, parents, counselors, faculty, and staff to ensure a smooth enrollment process and a positive student experience. The Coordinator focuses on prospective student communication, application and transcript processing, and operational support for the program while advancing the University’s enrollment goals.

Responsible for 1 shift, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Incumbents are subject to callback as deemed necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Outreach

Assist with recruitment activities to expand participation in the dual enrollment program.

Communicate with prospective students, parents, and counselors to answer questions and provide program information.

Represent Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ at high school visits, events, and college fairs.

Utilize the University CRM system to manage prospective student communication, track engagement, and drive applications.

Provide assistance with marketing, advertising, and communications to support dual enrollment recruitment efforts.

Admissions and Enrollment Management

Support the admissions process for dual enrollment students, including processing applications and transcripts, communication, and decision notifications through the University CRM system.

Assist students in applying for the dual enrollment program and completing the dual enrollment grant.

Track grant awards and maintain records across multiple institutions.

Support students with billing, registration, and drop/add changes.

Maintain accurate student records and documentation for compliance and reporting.

Program Operations and Support

Support planning and execution of campus events for dual enrollment students and families.

Provide timely support for financial aid and billing questions as needed.

Ensure smooth communication and processes among students, parents, faculty, and partner schools.

Data, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement

Maintain the integrity of student databases to ensure accuracy for institutional, state, and federal reporting.

Prepare and maintain data for enrollment projections and program reports.

Support reporting needs to inform recruitment and admissions processes.

Collaboration and Institutional Engagement

  • Work collaboratively with the Admissions team and other University offices to connect dual enrollment students into traditional undergraduate pathways.
  • Liaison with dual enrollment partners and high school counselors as needed.
  • Support cross-departmental initiatives that enhance the student experience and University mission.
  • Perform related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge/Education

  • Bachelor’s degree is required

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in admissions, student services, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent student service.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with high school students, parents, and educators.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, travel extensively, and work evenings/weekends during peak seasons.
  • Experience in office operations and comfort with technology-driven admissions processes.
  • Collaborative and student-centered mindset.

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Slate, Element451, or similar) for tracking communication and outreach.
