What You’ll Learn
Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµâ€™s Pre-Nursing program prepares students for entry into the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program by providing a strong foundation in the biological and social sciences. Offered through the College of Arts and Sciences, this associate-level curriculum equips students with the critical knowledge, study skills, and academic support necessary to succeed in upper-division nursing courses. With dedicated faculty mentorship and advising, students build a seamless transition pathway into professional nursing studies in the College of Health Sciences.
As a Pre-Nursing student at Bethel, you will:
Complete core science and math courses including General Biology, Anatomy & Physiology I and II, Microbiology, and Statistics, all essential for nursing readiness.
Develop a foundational understanding of human growth and development, health, and wellness through courses in psychology and health education.
Strengthen critical thinking and academic communication skills through required coursework in English composition, humanities, and general education electives.
Gain early exposure to key nursing competencies including scientific literacy, lab techniques, and basic health science applications.
